hey guys help me out. I cant seem yo get mine to LOCK. Even after i enabled LOCKSCREEN the thing just would not go into lockscreen mode.

On a side note

Does anyone know what MAKE and MODEL the ASTRO Byond decoder is? I want to set my Tab 7+ into a universal remote. So far i only manage to set my DVD and HDTV.

Last but not least is there a way to get Samsung Voice Command app like the one in NOTE and SGS2? i miss using the voice control because it is awesome

Added on November 26, 2011, 10:37 amYes u can make phone call and unlike the OLD tab 7 this one comes with an earpiece. U can actually put your ears on the tablet and use it like a BLOWN UP Galaxy Note. No more talking using speaker phone

Better yet if u are an old Galaxt Tab 7 user the old accessories can be reused

I have the Car Dock for my old tab and it works. U might need to squeeze in a lil coz the 7+ is a about 5 mm longer than the old Tab. Slimmer but longer..... but still all my old accessories works like a charm

its an improvement over the old TAB where u have to talk sideways and down side up! LOL

but i have to say moving from gingerbread to honeycomb is a pain.

but can the 8.9" make phone calls? AFAIK it does not

u hardly notice the diff in reso. Plus when u have teh same reso as SGS2 app will fit. Apps on NOTE does not scale uo

tested Asphalt 6 and MOLOME on NOTE. The display become small. I think 1024x600 reso is the sweet spot. Even IPADS are using this reso and SAME LPS LCD panel. i never see ipad user complain reso is low or the screen not nice enuff

just go to SETTING and set the pictune TONE ti vivid and wallah awesome!

I think most Samsung users are not even aware of the colour tone feature buried inside the display setting

neh........ i reuse my tab 7 car dock and casing no problem at all.

do we even need bluetooth. with the earpiece i retired my old gal tab headset. sure it looks funny but i think at least now i can use the Tb 7+ like an actual phone
