Guys, don't know if this has been discussed before. Just got my iPad 2 2weeks ago.

I know the resolution of both camera are sucks but at least I know the rear camera should be of better picture taker than the front camera. But how come in the same lighting condition, the front camera produces better picture than the rear one? better in the sense that rear camera is grainier than the front one? While not a sharp crisp picture but at least smoother than rear one? Is this normal?
