need help!

i can't access itunes through my laptop. they say not connected to the internet.
for my ipad, the appstore says loading. but after so long still loading. gg

i googled my problem n tried to fix it but still canot go to appstore.

so i malas dy.

my question is this. can i go to any of the macstore to download apps from them? ie i buy apps from them.

coz this is not my ipad1. so i'm kinda new to apple product n itune.
i got it from my uncle but he didn't teach me how to use. he passed it to my mom n then he left to hong kong for work dy. so can't contact him.

so how? the main app that i want to download is the "economist" app.

n i realized i cannot read pdf file without apps. lol

not sure o. it's sunway hostel line. so i can't do much with it.

so is it possible to buy apps through the mac store?
