My cousin complained to me that his new iPad 64GB 4G can't connect to his Acer laptop.
He tried connecting to all three of his Acer's USB slots but none detected his iPad, both Windows 7 or iTunes. He wanted to sync his apps and music to the new iPad. iTunes already updated to the latest and his iPad's fully charged. He also complained that non of the USB slots will show charging logo when connected to his iPad. He's using Acer Aspire 4830TG. Any tips and help would be appreciated. Thanks!  |
