Not sure wat format is that, but its downlaoded using some free apps, and its not tranferable to PC. Not sure if we can do it via JB, i dun have a JB ipad since it was delivered in iOS5.0~

3G version PROS:
1) u can connected wherever you are with a good 3G broadband,e.g : waiting for someone at the roadside or when get stucked in jam. You can check other discussion thread for the best 3G suitability which we will never discuss here.
2) You get A-GPS chip build in

Its a good thing for traveller.
3G version CONS:
1) JB is harder for ipad2 3G.
2) Without JB, u can't use ur ipad to tethered other device, or use it as a hotspot.Wifi version PROS:
1) Cheaper and more affordable

2) Still work the same regardless of the on-the-go online

3) Can alwis use MiFi devices to replace the on-the-go online style with extra budget

Wifi version CONS:
1) Not sure if it have JB(regardless of tethered or untethered) at this moment for the latest iOS.
2) Not so convenient for online as you have to bring extra device around to go online(very subjective and depend on owner preference).
Not exactly a cons, even with JB wifi version, it doesn't do wifi tethering/hotspot.
