Assume the freebies worth RM50k, and your total purchase price for the unit RM500k

RM450k - residential property - GST exempted
RM50k - freebies - 6% GST.


either
Developer bear (Price deemed GST inclusive)
RM50k x 6/106 = RM2830

or

House buyer bear
RM50k x 6% = RM3000

According to the DEIA Report, the elevated rail will be opposite road til Central Residence before turn into Naga Emas.

Base on the MRT2 DEIA Report, The Leafz (KLCC view) & Central Residence are locations anticipated to exceed the recommended noise limits from MRT. However noise barriers to be installed.

BTW it will affect the KLCC views units more, you still can sell BKT jalil views unit.
