I got the goodie bag but I mean, among all the documents I signed, I thought at least there must be a copy I can take back immediately. Now thinking about it, it feels like... I have no record of what I signed or bought last weekend. That kind of feeling..

If I say this is 1 of the most basic question to ask when I (or anyone else) first visit a new sales office, is this the same as the developer letting me know in advance of the title information?
Yes. I knew of it being a commercial title and I knew the Zest has managed to acquired a residential billing rates which I regretted a lot not buying many years ago because of its commercial title. |

I agree that the spot is kinda secluded and there's no way I could stop at the elevated highway just to snap a nice clean photo of that area from above. But it's just like everyone said, the progress is kinda slow there. Any indication to be concerned about?
