I think this will help in sleeving..

Do you know about those pipes? The pipes for your tap, shower, the "paip air" pipes? PVC ones, grey colour?

Sleeving kits, can expand as you already know (I hope).

So put the PVC pipe on the molex connector, and slide the sleeving kit inside.

Then remove the pipe and you're done.

one of the molec put wrong...and my harddisk and burner is gone...maybe my motherboard also ..

didnt check it back ...now my hardisk and mother board is declare dead and soo with my cdrom...btw got one of info of molec given by those pic wrong adi

except for the COOLERMASTER PSU, cud not get the heatshrink thru, the one vantec provided was kinda small, so i used cable ties instead,

What brand psu? Some psu can remove the sata connector like Enermax..

Ya lor, isn't worth if buying cheapo hair dryer like bought from Mydin. Can it will be heat that's shrink? Thinking to get one..

hey how to take out the pins from the 24 pin plug...i got no problem taking out the pins from the molex connestors...but the 24 pin plug the hole is too small..my small screwdriver cant go in..?? how to take it out? thx..

This picture below show FDD pins.
Top show push in pin so that it can slip out from the connector.
Bottom of picture show pin open up. Open it up & insert back the conncetor so that it'll "lock on"...This ones i dun really understand...Can explain more?

need some advise here...i'm going to buy a new pc here.....but keen to try to learn how to sleeve.....but should i try on a lousy PSU here or my new PSU. Scared lee..

like u said it depend on the preference ,,,,but slightly longer allowed u to cover and hold the sleeve for sure .... so good for beginner .....

for experience modder usually measures according to the thickness of the cables that u try to sleeve through ..... 

use more for thicker while shorter for slimmer ..

I'm of the long heatshrink school of thought too. I do it with long heatshrink with a ziptie underneath. That's the only way it'll stay nice n tight if ure the type who always messes with ure hardware n always install, remove stuff. I used to do the short style but it always comes off in the end coz I'm always playing around with my wiring. So it really depends, if u do it once n stop messing with ure rig for years then yeah short is nice. But I seriously doubt many fellas here r like that. After all this is the section for bekside itchy modders like us who never leave things alone.
