Yah I know the basic concept of dodge and burn. Pain in the ass to do with mouse la. I try to do globally i.e. with curves or mask or vignette ... but sometimes cannot larr . Do you have the Wacoal tablet thingy?

Its really easy! At least when I use this method, here's the tutorial\

p.s. I roughly do it with mouse and add gaussian blur to the edges so that it doesn't look weird. Works wonders!
