e.g. if spend RM100 and GST RM50 = total RM150, you pay RM150, MBB won't specifically allocate the payment. Therefore, redeem TP is actually give back RM50 cash to you (into CC).
In fact, if you have 20k TP, try this. Call up to redeem GST today. Tomorrow, do the same thing, but do not reference to the one you did yesterday. Treat both calls as separate individual request to redeem. See if you can get RM100 from 20k TP
I got double redemption last year 20k TP for RM100 rebate into the MBB-2-Amex CC. So, I don't need to redeem Jusco voucher.
Which means I can swipe (instead of use voucher) and get 5% weekend + 5x TP 
This year I may try 3-4 times ... see can get 40k TP = RM200 or not
