Hi guys I have a alliance hybrid debit card. It was registered long time ago... and now i want to use to buy stuff online or reload celco online... do i need to upgrade? I can't seem to do anything to make it online.

I'm also looking into public bank... mainly cause my boss will pay me straight from there and I want another bank to do my online transaction or mainly use public bank for shopping .

What kind of debit card can I get? I'll probably go there tomorrow or this week.
