anyone know what WoW Character Service means?

this popped up in my maybank2u debit card statement recently

just suspicious because it states WoW Character Service and i don't think I have perform any overseas online charges related to WOW Character Service which i think the WOW means world of warcraft which I don't play. What sort of action should i take as i have no experience in dealing with this kind of stuff before thanks.
