After opt-in still can, preventive measures mar, debit card mar, link to savings account

Or put it another perspective, the user can innocently telling RHB that their online banking kena hack, hence turn on the opt in, ask the bank trace check ip, waste of manpower lor

Or maybe the user dunno somehow accidentally purposely innocently turn on the opt in function in online banking

So, RHB conclude that only walk in or ATM or call in only can turn on opt in lor

Nope, but very sure before afternoon. Usually a bit late with new campaigns, i.e. after elder cybpsych report here, but not late until 6pm with anything that allows ewallet. If it's posted before start of campaign, then I do it midnite on campaign day 1.0. Late sleeper.
