a) Is this replacement from ATM to Debit card compulsory --> Yes
b) Once i change, is there any fee impose as EASI save is still BSA as per this link. But they refuse that now OCBC only offered Debit card, and NO no annual fee option

So all of the OCBCian here, not sure if u guys got any idea and if we can unite and do something like make a complaint.

It maybe take investigate around 15 working days or even 1 mth (depend case by case).
If you willing to wait, then need keep monitor and follow up week by week..
Otherwise, just tell ocbc "I'm sorry I can't support your bank anymore and unable pay the annual fee, bcoz I'm damn cheapskates. So pls help me to cancel account".

I emailed OCBC and below is their reply
Dear Sir/Madam
Thank you for your email of 3 November 2017 and we apologise for the delay in replying you.
With regards to your enquiry, your Debit Card will not be charged with annual fee if it is only tagged to your Basic Current Account and/ or Basic Savings Account.
However, if the Debit Card has more than one account tagged besides the Basic Current or Savings Account, the annual fee will still be charged.
