Agree that the transaction description need improvement

Agree that the customer service is bad (most local bank are bad, not just CIMB)

But for the online statement, I am previously worked in doing Internet Banking system. Most if not all of the online banking system will not reflect your transaction immediately, as the internet banking system is a separate system from their core/card system. But it is not normal for them to take that long to post your transaction during a non weekend/holiday transaction date. Normally, it take most 2 days during weekdays. I think this include Maybank as well. smile.gif
