Having a new CIMB master debit card, linked to a yOUthsavers account.

I make a hotel booking a agoba, but it says cannot preauthorize my card. Went to CIMB bank and check, banker tell everything is ok, but remind me spending limit for my account is RM200. So I go CIMB clicks>other>mydata>change transaction limit>e-remittance to change the e-remittance limit to RM1000. Go back and try the booking again but still failed.

Before this, I managed to do an online transaction with groupon.
How weird is this

I just input every required information through ilovediscount, and it really deducts my balance. Sory, it is ilovediscount, not groupon. Cimb clicks website cant find such billing options to groupon/ilovediscount though.
