I also opened hlbb regular basic saving... Previously I having Islamic basic saving and I needed debit card but don't want pay rm8 so I switched.... Mine basic saving account have debit card and I was not charged rm8 yearly....

There is no minimum age to use debit card but if is on individual then it should age of 18ys old....  U can use the debit card like credit card just only different is u can't have installment and you only manage to sign the card if the fund inside allowed....

For all Public Bank debit cards, you only have to be at least 12 years old to apply. However, if you are already 12 years old but still under 18 years old, you will need one of your parents to sign the consent form for you.
MSOS is strictly for online purchases. At places such as Jusco and Carrefour, sometimes you will be asked if you want to select debit or credit, always tell the cashier to choose credit.
