In this context, international banks' ATM refer to the ATM at overseas OR foreign banks' ATM (HSBC, SCB, Citi, etc) in Malaysia?

Anyone know how to set the withdrawal limit for CIMB ATM? Pure AM card, not debit card. Any idea what is the default amount?

Nice discussion going on on the fee. Any one know why the fee for CIMB is almost double than others at RM15 yearly?
