I assume when you make your card usable for online purchases, you can also use it for Paypal. I also something about TAC and MSOS relating to online purchases, but not quite sure what they are. Thanks in advance guys

Hi guys. Just got my first Debit Card around a month ago. It's a CIMB one with the Mastercard logo. Now, as you can tell by the second sentence, I am VERY new to all this. So my question is, how do I make my card usable for online transactions? More specifically, I'm trying to link my card to my Paypal account.
