But I think have to wait till cashback is out. I would've expected Public Bank to capture their own transaction time instead of relying on their gateway to post the time.

Call them and ask. I think 1 month should be ok. Better to ask their Support first

1 per Savings Account. Not sure if you can get one for Joint Account. When you open savings account, make sure ask for "Basic Savings Account" so that you don't have to pay annual fee. Unless you need to use the ATM a lot.....
