Since you mentioned before you have opened a few SA earlier. yeah, their answer is after 2 hours. but what i noticed is after 6pm or 8pm or so, the cards will appear. it depends on the pbe refresh cycle, and need to update/propagate across multiple systems. usually i just wait until next morning to see the refreshed account details.
