Public bank debit visa card with no fee and soon to close public bank debit mastercard with fee, good.

I dont know can have public bank debit card without fee.

I got this too. I thought i didn't get it check 2nd time it was there MISC CR on 19/09. Confirmed government transaction for pay assessment bill is in sarawak service centre.

Allow to spilt tax assessment bill at the counter? Didn't know the officer allow you to do that?

I am sure its for August and credited in September. September transaction will be credited next month.

If know the date of the dining transaction then can estimate by which date the quota had finished.

You are right, 9399 is for government services. But the pay everything is only for government related transaction, other mcc like 9222, 9311 and 9402 in
