Very true. As human, people do make mistakes. But if a person try to make amends and sought to settle problem peacefully I think we should try and be forgiving right? Doesn't matter if seller only want to settle after TS put this dispute thread. The point is the seller willing to settle the problem or offer solution. He did not just ignore and stay silent.
