If we drop the item, how long will it be there?
Like when we quit the game or exit the area, would the item just vanish?
The item was said to be stronger but who would receive it? The killer or the dropper?
I'll be laying all my excess for days just to get +x for any weapon lols.

Now about swords, most of the normal weapon scale with Dex. Maybe should have pump Dex instead.

I am looking for a sword that scale with str and have fast attacking speed. Currently the best i know is longsword. Is there any better one?
AFAIK there are 3 type of sword (excluding those dex asian and piercing)
straight sword : fast attack (shortsword, longsword, astora sword)
large sword : slow attack (claymore, man-serpernt greatsword)
extra large swd : very slow attack, touch the ground (Zweihander, dragon greatsword)

Do these extra large sword may speed up if we pump more str? like the attack animation would not touch the ground when swinging the sword?

If you want to farm those twinkling shards, kill a lot of man-eating clams. It's super rare drop. While at it, they will also drop purging stone (I have 60+ now lol ). Clams are located in Ash Lake or crystal caves. I prefer crystal caves because it's near a bonfire and so many clams around.

I am currently fighting the lord of Cinder and got killed more than 10 times already. tonite I'll be killing NPC before proceeding.

I am using Black Knight Halberd +5. It's so great. The damage are high and it's attack speed is fair. I've also got fire and lightning weapon (man-serpent greatsword). Eventhough the elemental weapon damage is higher, but most enemies have high resistance against them.

If you guys upgrade your shield to +15 (mine is now +14, no tits slab) the stability increase is so great and may surpass havel's shield.

I am planning to use the Black Iron set too. I have upgraded the armor to +5 and the armor has gone up to 105, much higher and lighter than havel's. Havel armor cannot be upgraded...

You need those twinkling tits from clams. It's super rare... but worth it. For shield, upgrade the Hollow soldier shield. The stability will go up to 88.

yup, my BK Halbert damage is now 473. it's scales with strength. Awesome weapon. Takes 2 hit to kill darkwraith knight with 283 damage per hit. I recommend you to upgrade this 1st

My strength is 50 now. Currently pumping endurance so I can wear all the Black Iron set.

I got a lightning Demon Great Machete +5 that do 737 dmg (365 phy + 372 lght). The attack is very slow. The range is not far as the halberd. I am not good at using this slow great sword. If I remember right, I tried hitting the Darkwraith, but didn't die in 1 hit. Do I need to use 2 hand to kill it. I'll try tonite. I still prefer BK halberd +5 due to its speed and range.

Lord of Cinder has been defeated. Yeah ! Praise the sun ! I got help from a blue phantom, the other blue phantom fall from a cliff lol.

I am in NG+ now but I would like to play other game and let my bros play it.
