I had the bad luck of meeting one invader during my first trip there and i didn't know what the hell happened until it was too late. i am so glad that lame fog ring will be nerfed.

Seeing all those undead in this game reminded me to watch season 2 of The Walking Dead, tonight.

when you can see them, it fun. try fighting an invader with fog ring and you won't say it's fun anymore.

you mean bloodmoon is like forest hunter? you can get summoned at anytime to exact your revenge on those kiasu red phantoms?

yes it only works in human form and you lose your souls and humanity if you lose but can get it back from your bloodstain.

you can go back to your previous convenent but if you have leveled up your previous convenent there is some kind of penalty for joining back. i am not sure what kind of penalty.

yeah, it just came out yesterday.

If you have coop with a lot of players at least 10 times or if your faith is 50, I recommend Warriors of Sunlight because not only do you get the cool PRAISE THE SUN pose, your avatar will be gold color when you are summoned to another player's world and you also get Lightning Spear miricle as a reward.

if you summon people then that doesn't count. you need to be summoned by others to fulfill the requirement for Warriors of Sunlight convenent. Otherwise you need 50 in faith to join.

depends on your level. last time i did it by putting my summon sign outside the door of Capra Demon. Got summoned 5 times in a row.

for the depths, you can try putting it at the bonfire room. when i was in human form, i saw lots of summon signs there.

last night i farmed 50K souls in darkwood garden. after that i went to the merchant in the depths and bought myself the new "Glorious" armor set.

once you know how to kill those dumb human ai, it's so easy to farm souls there.

why you must wait until 200 posts more? just make v2 already.

According to Namco Bandai:

The host (person who's game world will be used) must be human. The client (person joining the game) can either be human or undead.

The client’s level must fall within 10% (above or below) of the host’s level. Generally, this example formula should give you a good idea on whether you will be able to join: (LC x 1.1) ≥ LH ≥ (LC x 0.9), where is LC the level of the client and LH is the level of the host. For example, if the level of the host is 20, then they will only be able to summon players who are levels 18 to 22.

The area Boss in the host’s world must still be alive. A client can still be summoned even if the client has already defeated their own area boss.

The host must not have placed down a summoning sign. Summoning signs from other players will not appear in a host’s world if the host also has placed a summoning sign down. This is to prevent a network conflict of the host joining someone else's game world while the clients are trying to join the host's game world.

After successfully summoning, the client will return to their world if the area boss is defeated, the client is killed or the host is killed.

Also, please note that there are several different servers/lobbies that are being used for Dark Souls, so you may not be able to summon a specific friend into your game even if you adhere to the steps above. We can only recommend that you follow the steps above for the best chance at being able to join a specific friends' game.

if you wanna change convenant, you don't need to pay anything. there is only a penalty if you want to rejoin the convenant you leveled up to +1 or +2. I didn't need to pay anything when I rejoined Warriors of Sunlight after I abandoned Forest Hunter.

how you trade? one player drops item on floor and the other just picks it up?

I got Sun bro's armor, sword, shield & talisman for trade.

depends on the armor but i won't equip anything that exceeds my load. it will be suicide to over load yourself.
