Yea playing offline - means no lag but you won't see any messages on the floor or bloodstains which could actually help you.
plugging router to PS3 doesn't mean you've fully port forward - please do the port forward process it will actually help.

I plugged my router to my PS3 found that only one port was forwarded - so you might wanna check

i don't use router. i use modem and it's on bridge mode and i get NAT 1 which means fully port forward.

LoL, I realized after watching that speedrun how awesome pyromancer was

Pyromancer class is easy to play and also really run so fast because that guy was practically wearing rags.

his menu navigation is superb... move around while changing item watsoever... i cant do tht sweat.gif

Im wondering if anyone can share his experience in performance & graphic wise on both versions i.e: Xbox or PS3? Im in dilemma choosing which version to buy? Would appreciate if someone could enlighten me. Im quite skeptical in graphic wise though...

haha yesterday after i failed to get the drake sword, then i wasting time farming soul on that bridge after the red dragon fly away... after about 10k soul i farmin + some from soul of dead soldier etc... i didnt notice the dragon come back and owh maii... i did die twice n all 10k soul gone ... so frustrated haha doh.gif

he's pro at quit-restart, so fast he press the buttons.... and he's damn precise at analog navigation

Yes, he made the dragon look like a lousy flying chicken. he also made the spiderqueen look like the spider that garfield squash with his newspaper sweat.gif

Accidentally aggro a NPC needed for my pyromancer yesterday, lucky my save game is uploaded to online storage but lost 1 day of gameplay lol

Now farming for souls, need so many just to upgrade my pyromancer flame

I think of all the games so far.. this is the game that is worth every ringgit.. 20 plus hours in, probably only a quarter of the game through. And it's really satisfying! i think even more so than demon's souls

Anyway I need some clarifications.
Current status:
1. Now at darkroot forest. Beaten hydra and gold golemn, to release dusk, summoned her (wiki says i need to be in human form to summon her, but i wasn't in human form when i learnt some spells from her..and the 'tree branch' thingy i got from her is pretty powerful)
Have also beaten the 3 rolling cats..
now looking to beat the wolf...
but keep dying even though doing my best to be under it... coz the sweeping slash always one hit me... anyway my prob is... have to take quite a long distance to reach this boss eveytime i die, coz still don't have enough souls (20,000!) to buy the crest to unlock the door for easier access from the bonfire in the garden.. so now keep restarting at the bonfire above the blacksmith , have to walk so far, and climb ladder at the waterfall...then die... sien

My question is, should i attempt this boss later? when i'm stronger with more souls ( to buy the crest thing ) or do I go to my next target area first - the depths.. (but to prepare for this, going back to asylum to exchange my crack eye thing for some purging tablets from snuggly the crow, seems like this is the 'cheapest' option)

What you guys think?

stability 50+ 100% dmg reduction
I found the easiest to get for me - Balder Shield laugh.gif

Then I went and buy Crystal Shield in the Depths

Armour of the Vanquisher - is it worth my 15k?

why I'm not super addicted to Dark Souls is dying to bosses / normal mobs throws me off laugh.gif I spend 1 hour every night just moving around killing things, stockpiling ammo, farming humanity - Casual Fun Dark Souls brows.gif

Yesterday, I killed a rat - it gave me Humanity in item form - I LoL'ed so hard laugh.gif freaking rat is more human than I am! sweat.gif

If so I don't think so, my preference is still Ornsteins and Eastern. Haven't tried the armor you mentioned yet but I don't like it's looks XD. Looking at itss stats its not that great actually.
