All, my turn to complaint, try to avoid Casarano, really suck in service & arrangement! keep on delay for every delivery and noone is going to notify you for the delay! few months still no news!!

for delivery case, you all can contact the following personnel but ...she will not pick up your call or even someone pick up, she will acted rough to you.

I'm looking for those real marble dining table (slabs) and not coated/man made marble. Anyone got recomendations?

hi all,
i agree that most talk about marble is referring to cultured marble, meaning man-made marble.
it is easy to tell by the following ways

1. under side has cross hatched prints
2. top finishing is too glassy and does not feel porous
3. it is extremely difficult to get 1 piece of marble to form a whole table. at RM2000+, sounds like cultured marble. but i have been wrong before.

we chose a cultured marble table + tv cabinet + side tables due to budget concerns.

You can go to ERA website and file and complaint. Ask for refund. I'm sure they entertained you once you write to them.
Personally have not tried on household goods, but i have made a complaint about Digi on MCMC. They responded and given me my refund in 2 days, when they kept avoiding me and giving me alot of excuses and even tried to blame me for 3 weeks

you may got it from the curve shopping mall at mutiara damansara somewhere 3rd floor next to daiso. they are selling solid wood furnitures from Thailand. they also sell nice solid wood plank for dining table. However, the price for 1 plank can range from 3K to 6K.

BTW, i'm a freelance designer specialised in furniture design, carpentry work and interior design . Kindly refer below for references

Mylanohaus brought in a very catchy design about 5x5 ft. Not exactly square and not exactly circular, maybe "squircle". Seats 8 but with extra stools, 12 in a squeeze. Just choose chairs that are not overly broad or with side handles.
