QUOTE(shinjite @ Oct 11 2011, 08:45 AM) Yea, even my 2.0 full city driving also can get around 380km on 38 litre, which = 10km/l... Else mixed driving I can get around 11.5 to 12... Highest I got is during drive to Ipoh, Penang, Cherating, 17km/l.QUOTE(keisukerx7 @ Oct 11 2011, 09:34 AM) hi king amir, AFR = Air Fuel Ratiowhat is afr? and i don t think i need ngv yet.. cos if i driving along highway, i can reach 450km per full tank.. kekeke if short distance driving, i only need to refuel every two week.. hehehe Your driving style can be considered as severe driving condition, start stop start stop and only short distance. |

QUOTE(shinjite @ Oct 11 2011, 05:47 PM) Golf GTi stage 2, easily >200whp XD My bro old SGTi with maddies cam easily fend off stock, and APR GTI, and that's without fine tune... But never got dyno to proof..You need to go force induction also, no choice a 180whp 4G93 NA might be able to give it a run for its money And since 18x whp from 1.6 NA is not drivable, how about FD2R? I personally don't think the GTI is anything great, IMHO... Its a good and nice driving sport hatch and enormous low end torque, but no... Not on true sports... And maybe I kena too much poison from that SGTi maddie's suspension tuning, that can throw 160km/h at kuchai corner. P/S: Ok, ignore me if feeling I am bull-crapping... (Kcng please spare me from saying that, just IMHO) This post has been edited by ZeroSP: Oct 11 2011, 07:27 PM |

QUOTE(shinjite @ Oct 11 2011, 08:12 PM) The problem is we all here don't own a FD2R XD Hmmm... I thought since SOHC so its still better at that point (stand to be corrected)If its the FD2R, shouldn't be a problem That time madman20's cousin vs maddriver was at Genting uphill Our 1.6 can't do much, torqueless wonder XD QUOTE(Zaypher @ Oct 11 2011, 08:36 PM) wow kambing, ur car around 129whp ah? That's surely some work to dome going to retire from performance once i touch 130whp..huhuhu... QUOTE(mADmAN @ Oct 11 2011, 08:43 PM) ur comparing a 1.6 with a 2.0 dood... that way too different....even the technology in the engine is different Forgot about that point... The K20A indeed different... But never mind, I am waiting to hear banshee howls again...and FYI... 197 whp B16A can still be daily driven... but like i said.. technology in the engines are way too different to compare P/S: A weird question that pops from my mind... Why is the Fortuner using such big 2.7 petrol engine with such low power and torque? This post has been edited by ZeroSP: Oct 11 2011, 10:09 PM |

QUOTE(kcng @ Oct 11 2011, 10:26 PM) FD2R is 2.0L la bro............... and its on a different level.... Ok, I did know about their high rev is pointless though, Mazda 3 just sounds harsh at top.some more with strengthened internals, with proper cam lifts on intake and exhaust RnD properly by engineers... and yet still meet euro 4 or euro 5 emission standard.... imagine if FD2R only have euro 2 or euro 3 standard to meet, silap silap 250 HP N/A engine or maybe even more, knowing honda engineers... sifu i bow down to u *pour tea* i swear to some one up there, mention this one more time, i am gonna skim my rotors with your head HAHAHAHA.... SOHC... HAHAAHAH sorry this SOHC just bring back memories.... recent toyota's are all geared towards responsiveness and fuel economy as their top priority.... take a look at the altis 2.0 dual-vvti... 140++ PS only... poor for a 2.0 dual-vvti tech engine.. but its low end response is superb... and since the response is superb, it "feels" more powerful then it actually is... and taking into consideration the target segment of this car, do u really think those uncle or aunties will ever touch 4 or 5k rpm on their tacho? u try to whack an altis up to rev cut... chances are (and its a very very high chance) that the mid to top end is empty.... same like the Mazda 3 2.0... very under-powered for its superb chassis... in town, the response is superb, but once u get an empty highway, the top end power is lacking, badly actually... So something wrong with SOHC? Did I bring back some joke? Hmmm... Right, the FD2R back in then during R&D without any emission stuffs did hit 290 area... QUOTE(shinjite @ Oct 11 2011, 10:55 PM) But dude, it is still a 1.6 SOHC, not even a DOHC and no VTEC/MIVEC Alright... Got the picture...Banyak susah oh plus its uphill XD Like maddie said, just wait for a straight, zzaaapppp, kena potong adi |
