I think something to do with their oil stabilizer or sth. Really not sure, why not u google and see. I think there quite a number of reviews. Anw, i think they are a fine oil but the price may not be acceptable to some.

certain arrangement with caviaga didnt allowed competitor brand...becos caviaga provide certain things n signboard...after contract ends...will bringing in pennzoil...

Eh, as I say just wild guess... As I one of my friend Corolla SEG Auto happens similar stuffs before, he didn't know there is such thing as MTF/ATF... When he realized there is problem when his gear box behaving like one beginner driving manual, put in D step on gas but the car just rev for a 1-2 secs then the car suddenly just jerk and move (hope you get the picture). He went for transmission fluid change, and because it is below the required level, vapor formed within.

u change the gangbang, i mean gearbox oil before?

clutch cable?
the linkage to the gearbox?

then check the washer/gasket for the gearbox...
water might have gotten in from there.....

so if u,which one u choose from below option?why?
1.use normal heat 7 plugs but change it when reach 10k milage
2.use high performance heat 7 plugs(may i know how long duration the perfomance can last?20k?50k?)

as for these "performance plugs" theyre usually rated up to 80k to 100k depending on brand n model.

mine 3rd need 2-3 times then only engage...4th no prob but 5th cant at all...

car mileage less than 15k km....

i let SC do all the things...n they end up saying water mix wit gb oil...but when i ask further explanation person in charge is not around...

they change 2.5l gb oil for rm35...and labour caj rm10...

later i will bring up to them of wat u tell me here...cos my car is due to 15k @ 9month service soon...

touge? hehehehe...lately i tougeing with frens in genting sempah...like twice a month...they are near my neighbourhood...so easy to gather wit them...
