hi guys, i plan to replace my current maxis router and woule like to replace it with the router that has QOS function and also able to block certain website/http depends on IP / Mac address. can this mickrotik work on my situation?

just bought mikrotik and setup few port forwarding for my CCTV with static ip. works fine but when i setup the port for my remote desktop,its not working any help will be appreciated! thanks
