And there we were trying to discuss and settle the problem amicably. But they remained stubborn.

Appreciate your comment on this matter but please do understand that he is harping on the previous month's bill when the house was hardly occupied and the master room was not taken. He claims that the previous bill amount should be the same as this month's.

Please also note that our usage is not high at all as we only turn the a/c on at 12 midnight and we are already out of the house early in the morning.

We have been very fair with them. They don't do housework and we always end up doing it.

If i could afford a new house, then this problem would not exist in the first place. Neither is moving out an option as an agreement has been signed.

All we wanted was to sit down and discuss a solution amicably but it was not possible as his gf started shouting and crying.

We are not confrontational. After a long day at work, all we want is to go back and relax.

There are 3 rooms:
1) Master Room - Where we are staying
2) Middle Room - Scary kiamsap couple
3) Small Room - Single tenant

I also have to note that they always leave the water heater and toilet lights turned on for long periods of time. We do turn it off for them but they will turn it back on again and go back to their room.

Also, they do their laundry approx 4 times a week. And sometimes it is not even a full load. We do try to conserve electricity by minimizing the usage of the washing machine. We stick to 2 times a week with full loads. Including the single tenant.

Actually, we dont even care how many times they wash. it's just that they are so calculative and that makes us want to do the same to them.

The problem is that these are not normal people. Also for your kind information, they started fighting and screaming first. These people, we give until they take for granted.

With this simple life skill of yours, all i can say is i wish you all the best.
