during 4.3.4, i managed to saved the shsh for 4.3.4, but i didnt have the chance to save the shsh through saurik's cydia n tiny umbrella..
so if i checked using TU and cydia, it will not display 4.3.4 as saved, but i did have the 4.3.4 locally save through ishshit..

just a question, is there anyway i could upload my 4.3.4 that i saved using ishshit to saurik's server.. so that when i open cydia, i will display all the missing 4.3.4 that ive missed?

i really dont need the version 4.3.4 btw, just i am curious as is it possible for us to upload to saurik's shsh server..

i think no.. coz i managed to download it (there was a really short gap between 4.3.4 n 4.3.5).. but when i checked in cydia, n TU, there are no 4.3.4 of mine from saurik's server..

always updated my email with all the shsh i have available using ishshit.. just to be safe.. hee hee

a quick newbie question

if i already did a semi tethered jb, when the untethered is out, what are my options?

just do a jb again with redsnow to apply the untethered?

or? im stuck with semi tethered?

semi tether wont work with ip4s eh?

it tried to jailbreak my ip4 today, first time jailbreak with redsnow 0.9.9b9d, after jailbreak, it boots up, and i can see the cydia icon is blank white, then i rejailbreak again with redsnow same version, this time cydia icon appears, but when i start it, it crashes and wont start, back to springboard.. i rejailbreak several time, but still i cannot start cydia..

my problem now,
1. i can reboot as usual to iphone even i shutdown, does not need to tether boot, why?
2. cannot start cydia
3. cannot make phone calls, hangs..
4. cannot open safari, crashes..

in the end, i restored back original firmware and stop my jailbreaking effort for the moment..

yes after the pineaple screen saying jailbreaking device, it rebooted and it starts the phone, with the blank cydia icon.. rejailbreaking again, cydia icon ok but still wont start..

so u mean i miss the step which is to boot the device into DFU again, then boot it back using redsnow to complete this tethered jailbreak?

coz after restart, i let it boot on itself, coz it does not stuck at apple logo, i thought the jailbreak process is completed..

so thats why my cydia wont start and all other functions become unstable? coz im running an imcomplete tethered jailbreak.. hmmm no wonder..

is this how normally tethered jailbreak are done? sorry this is the first time im trying a tethered jailbreak..

yea i think i did not complete my jailbreak or there's problem so that why i rejailbreak again.. i didnt know i had miss the "enter into DFU mode and boot tether using redsnow" ..
