i see your point and hence i can agree with u

but i'd that if an app that is available in app store, but i chose another source to acquire it and therefore no need to pay for it, tht'd be outright piracy.
for Siri, it's a feature that is not available in app store, and only exclusive to 4S.

so let's look at the reasons we jailbreak; we'd wanna add more tweaks and optimise the device with other exploits.

From Apple's perspective; both is illegal.

From LYN ipon JB tered perspective; we're here to discuss things we can do to make our iDevices better. Add tweaks, JB news, and stuffs.

For this Siri portover, it's not exactly an outright piracy because,
a. there is no other way for us to obtain it
b. it being exclusive to 4S is devicist (derived from word racist). Don't we all JB our devices becos we don't really like the restrictions set by Apple?

For tht reasons i'd say it should be fine to discuss it here. though either way i'm skeptical of Siri's performance
