 Brandstar AP Warranty, Anyone claim before? Bagus?

Anybody bought Brandstar AP phones and claimed warranty before? Is the claim process smooth or troublesome with lots of ding dongs? Thanks for sharing smile.gif

That sucks. They're making excuses to avoid repairing your phone. Complain to Consumers Tribunal, someone posted some info a few posts back.
