hi all, anybody know where to find p60ST60 and what is the price range?

Is quite a good price I think....the cheapest I can found is RM7200 from Lazada online.....may I know where you find this price? Is it new or demo set?

Also, where you find P65ST60m for RM7800?

Yes, believe so.....since it is latest model, we'll expect this model have a better smart features.

But PQ wise, differences should be very minimal....even there're, it won't be day and night type of differences. For me, smart features are not so import and since ST60 model is out, it is good time to spend less on their older models.....but problem is ST50 is kind of difficult to get already :-(

Btw, can anyone confirm the P60ST60 model is launched in Malaysia? Is seems difficult to find it. If anyone come across this model, pls do share the location and price.

Hi all, anyone care to share experience for watching SD or lower resolution content on 60" or 65" HDTV? Is it viewable in full screen?

This is more for my wife and kid who is often watching TV show or movie streaming from internet.....

Currently using 42" and is still acceptable......

My viewing distance is 9~10ft.....actually, what is our normal Astro content resolution....is it 480p or lower?

My old one is 42" and I'm thinking to upgrade to 60" or 65" but my concern now is whether those 480 or lower res content is viewable (or acceptable) or not in such a big screen........

Found P60ST60 rm6,599 (after all these SengQ discount things) and P50GT50 rm4,600.

Which one shd i get? 50 n 60 inches really make big different?

For info, my viewing distance is ard 9ft.....

As for SengQ discount, u just need to pay extra rm12 to join member, then u can get all these voucher discount things.

One more thing, is RM4,600 price ok for P50GT50?

Actually 2 main reasons i want to consider 50":

1) Cheaper, save at least 2k

2) Viewing low res content.... mainly my wife n kid who watching streaming content fr internet...afraid is not so viewable on 60" or above.

I'm thinking if i want to watch on HD or Bluray (normally by myself), I'll just move closer abt 6ft by getting an armchair....is it workable?

Yes, no more GT series.....actually I think pany had combined the ST50 and GT50 to become ST60.....the ST60 is actually having some of the features brought from GT50 (eg. more calibration option).....off course, except the THX certified thing.....

If you're going to ask me, I definitely prefer 60" and above since most of my movie/bluray collection is in HD.....but the TV not only used by me.....my wife and kid still watching a lot from Internet streaming (eg. TVB/Taiwan/Korea drama Series) and most of these streaming contents are in very low res (320~480p)......so, my concern is with the 60", will it be viewable....I don't want my wife/kid to make noise that how come upgrading to bigger size TV, their movies are so blur

Has anyone who owning 60" TV try to watch low res content? Appreciate some real life feedback here.....

One more thing, can anyone tell me 50GT50 selling for RM4.6k, is it a good buy?

Is not too much from my wife la....is the streaming content, there are various and some are in 720p but some are lower ;-)
