Manchester City is simply too good last night and is my pick as favourite to win the BPL this season although there still remain a slim chance for us.

Mancini has the experience to win league titles and realizes his team strength is attack . the only thing stopping them from winning the BPL is players injuries although i dont wish for others misfortune and if by March ,City are still in the hunt for all four titles , fatigues and pressure may get to them to the end of season . still ,Mancini should be experience enough to understand where the priorities lies which is the BPL and UCL . difficult time ahead for us and should cut down on expectation

now is only October but David Silva is one heck of a player

its true, our midfield easily get closed down and loose ball(either pass intercepted or stolen from feet). that is the most frustrating to watch..

none of them even close to Scholesy la. he got eyes on back of his head. probably the best midfielder in the world. genius.

but why it looks like our midfield players did not learn anything from Scholesy? maybe its something u cant learn or pickup , maybe u just born with it

Scholes has this sense of urgency whenever he get the ball, he is very alert with his surrounding. I'd even say neither Iniesta nor Xavi had this nod.gif

yeah. after playing alongside him for years, looks like none of the lads especially midfield learned this magic from him. sad.gif

well...what i really think is...every lads is their own player...clev isnt scholesy...neither carrick or flecth even ando...they can learn from the master...but its not like for like exactly...they can only come close...for me the awareness of our lads at the moment that come close to scholesy is clev...one thing for sure is...for me...u need to release the ball early so u wont become a target to get tackle n make the opponent see u as unimportant person on the field...one touch can be really dangerous football bcos the opponent dont hav enuf time to predict which direction wanna go...but it must be complimented by ur team mate...where u gonna put ur pass...where ur team mate gonna be...it awareness plus accuracy of the pass like scholesy hav in a blink of an eyes...once he got the ball n turn...he dont need to see where he gonna pass...he just know where the team mate r n where to put his pass...n the team mate shud know where scholesy gonna put the ball...he is the master at it rite...silva may hav this ability even mata n most creative spanish player hav it...its how the foundation r build in spain...if u watch in uefa.com website training ground...it is teach from kids...how to be aware around the field...it can be develope in early years i guess...but scholesy is one of a gem came out from england even the spanish player amaze of him...pure genius...if u r aware...germany youngster also playing this one touch fast pace football like ozil, muller at times to rclxub.gif the defender...its from my observation...just my 2 cent...

I'd hate to admit, but, when we let their creative players (Balo, Silva, Aguero) run around and give them times, they'd pass us eventually. They're creative. Let's face it. Today's game are changing. While I'd be supporting Man Utd philosophy of wing attack, the opposition team will eventually know how to stop our wingers. Surely, we've got the best wingers in the league, but today game is more on attacking through the middle.

People complain they see no fire in players eyes. How can we see fire if we take our time? When we play fast, short pass with incredible pace, the adrenalin will start to rush. All and all, I hate to admit but our tactic for that game was totally on Mancini's mind, and we flunked.

And seeing how frustrated De Gea on the fifth or sixth goal, I feel wanna cry. That game really ripped my heart.

He's still great, but when defender fight against 4 creative players, I'm sure even Puyol or Pique or Pepe will have trouble.

Liverpool, Arsenal And Chelsea fans celebrating the fact that City beat United is like celebrating when another man gives your wife an orgasm just because you could not.

Actually, as an Arsenal supporter, I want to say:

This is what happens when you let f***ing Arab Sheiks buy over BPL teams and ignore financial fair play rules and spending ridiculous sums of money on players.

Any idiot can win a BPL if they spend 100 m pounds every transfer period.

even if the financial fair play rules comes out, they will surely finds loopholes to get around it and continues to burn money on the transfer window...this City owner is more insane than when Abramovich just bought Chelsea, laugh at us all you want, for you guys should really be wary of your own team when you face them smile.gif

rio look lost yesterday.. esp at latter stage of the games. maybe already thinking effect of losing to city.
body on the pitch mind somewhere else.

evra.. no coordination. just run up and down. one of his worst performance.

but both still good enough. its only one game. rio did look good vs pool last time. the worries should be the fact that we are giving to much space between midfield and defence lately. maybe a natural DMC will do the job. at this moment theres only carrick to play that role

it was not SAF's idea to try and get anything after 4-1 down. he mentioned in his interview afterwards that the wise thing to do after 4-1 was to accept that it wasnt our day and play out the rest of the game.. bombarding forward like that is farking dangerous against any team, what more against this MC side?

Looking forward to next game, let the lads come back stronger. Anyway, the league is a marathon nt a sprint, all is not lost.

I didnt laugh actually, because I can see where this is heading. Spending is going out of control and if you arent owned by a Russian billionaire or an oil sheik, you're in trouble.
