Accel is the most badass 2nd rider coz he appeared after the main rider got the mid season upgrade, so dun need kena nerf to let the main one show off XD

Accel's upgrade is on par with W.

Trial = CJX
Booster = CJGX

Poor Birth, not a single upgrade given.....summore downgrade Date to Proto-Birth.

Another 2nd rider on par with main rider is Diend Complete.

dun forget Ixa Rising

g3-x, knight survive, garren jack, gatack hyper and zeronos zero can also counts too.

G3X is like mid-season upgrade, Gills Exceed is acceptable.

Garren Jack = Blade Jack, not Blade King. Chalice Wild is acceptable .

Gattack Hyper only appear in HBV.

btw, anyone notice that toei always use "strong" to represent lighting? eg kamen rider stronger (Gen 1 stag beetle type Kamen Rider. use electric based attack) and OOO Uva combo? it is called "strongest combo" but im pretty sure purple form is much stronger
and it also use electric based atk

It is called strongest combo when it first debuted...probably coz GataKiriBa can multiply endlessly...imagine everytime 100 OOOs fight a Yummy.. sure win la~

When Kuuga goes into any Rising Form, electric energy will flow through his body from the Amadam Core.

When Gatack use Rider Kick or Rider Cutting, electric energy will flow to his leg/weapon.
