Wanna play the new resurrection map pack on BO?Get stomped,you can't buy it.That's where VPNs come in.In simple,they give you an ip for you to use so that you are playing on a "supported" region and thus able to buy something.

So,if your already one of those people using vpns,I hope you are able to share with us the vpn.Personally ,I would like it to be free but if your paying for premium still,do share.

this only applies to COD MW2 and COD BO. Others are fine.

its because dlc for COD BO is a time and regional exclusive.

I believe that some items from the general marketplace have regions too.

Alot local gamer won't be able to buy those region lock dlc map, so why bother? If u able to buy it, u won't be playing with local ppl so the ping usually high

the is one i use last time to play AEON ONLINE. Need to pay euro 19.90 mönthly but it is vpn tunnel inside vpn tunnel. So tm wont able to trace u and cap ur speed. People will see ur public wan ip is from euro hench u will able to download anything. I forgot what name ald. Almost 2 years didnt use.

Well just can't understand why MS want to make things region locked. It sells less, it turns away its die hard fans in many countries. For exclusiveness they can lock it for the first month or two, then open for public after that, region-locking a dlc forever just doesn't make sense.

I spent more time on PSN now to be honest, it has a 4-slot sharing, most DLC are not region locked, and surprisingly it works really well in most mp games, lagging are very minimal now and connection endurance/performance are almost identical to Live. But i will still hop-on to Live tho for games like GOW3, i probably won't renew Live membership if there is no apparent good exclusive MP game supporting it.

Does any1 there, try out to use VPN and stream movies like netflix/zune/ hulu and so on?

I am really interested on all those. Feel worth every penny, especially with hulu, pay monthly fee and able to get tons of movies.

And i found out that US - XBLA is more variety of games and M$ points is much cheaper as well.

Hope guru out there with VPN user share your experience with VPN. Either paid or free. If paid is stable and fast. i dont mind paying for yearly subscription just for VPN.

there are some VPN salers here in lyn.net. Only certain clean record IPs are able to connect. And yes, US xbl have a lot more content than asia, Points are cheaper too.

for stability, it depends on ur VPN provider. The last time i use, it was rather good.

HULU and NETFLIX needs US based CC and mailing address. They will actually send u the bill.

Hmm let me figure it out some solutions to it. Since it needs actual address and cc.

HULU is priced at $4 /mth.... i think they increase the pricing.

yes i use vpn here in MY but the hulu account its an existing account from my sis in the states. She does the bill payment.

Paid VPN or Non Paid? Which location you registered for in U。S。？

paid vpn, look for expertyVPN in lyn. he do have a few US IPs. i ask for a few IPs to test first then get 1 which is valid.
