Rental demand is very subjective. But if u're buying a studio unit, ie. 533 sq ft, your monthly rental must be at least RM 1.5k to cover installment and maintenance... 1.5k sounds a bit challenging, but bear in mind, this project has quite direct access to the new MRT, about 5 mins walking distance... and this MRT line has access all the way to Mid Valley, KL Sentral, Kota D'sara and even Sg Buloh... No body can guarantee how is the property market like after 3 or even 5 years... but only 1 concrete point to ponder... There is another phase of serv apartment coming out for this development, do u think dev will price it lower than rm500 psf??? if nope, do u think ppl will still BBB?
