I visited the showroom recently. Looking for a property that I could rent out first. Like the TOD concept, close proximity to MRT, and the facilities which are not much (~20 - easier to maintain).

The hybrid mall is interesting, with Atria to manage 3 floors... My concern is will this take-off well, as we are paying for this integrated development? Worst case is the mall could be empty upon the handover of the units for some time....

Any thoughts folks?
