Went to the sales gallery yesterday. The SA is really lousy and not professional at all, what kind of attitude he is:

Me: What are the sizes for those 600k++?
SA: Please be specified!! Which 600k++ you talking about!!? There are so many of them which is 600k++? Can't you see it!
Me: I just need to know what are the rough size, no need to be exact
SA: Now you come and see, all those size are populated below! Can you see it now?
Me: What is the total size of this development?
SA: Its 20 acres++
Me: Just for this few blocks for 20 acres? Total how many units?
SA: Total have 700++ units, for 6 acres!! I thought u just ask the whole development!
Me: What is below the others block?
SA: Its shopping centre below bigger than Leisure Mall, we are selling concept! Not just residential
Me: Well, who is your confirm tenant for this Mall?
SA: We don't confirm the tenant, we only confirm who going to manage the Mall!
Me: Then who is your Management of the Mall?
SA: Didn't I told you it is not confirm yet!!?
Me: Fine, is the bridge from the development to the MRT being confirm?
SA: It is NOT being confirm!! It is being build now! Can't you see it outside now??!
Me: Do you have show units here?
SA: Yes, we have its upstairs, you can go there with the lift and see it yourself!

I'm not sure u guys know this SA. He is quite a fat guy with punk hair...

There are plenty available la....mostly are 600k++ to 900k++

Don't have his name. He not even introduce himself all along the conversation. But its easily spotted person, fat and punky hair...

Well, initially we thought of invest in this development along with WOTP seeing a big potential in this area. But after talking with such SA, its put me off. This PJD SA is really lousy as compare to WOTP SA which is so professional and will entertain you even you have make the booking. For those who interested in this YouCity, i suggest u to avoid this fat guy SA.
