From the crowd's average age, one can guest that mostly are investors. Young and maybe overly aggressive. It's time to watch market cautiously...

I think not many paid by cash, developer also discourage ppl paying by cash as they too do not want to handle so much cash.
For those who bought into 1276sqft, mind to share what is the game plan? |
