Recent launches this year has been slow down. The price has been steadily maintain around the same price, I won't see any increase in price psf for new launch,maybe slightly different.
Eg. OKR project r now selling less than 600psf which is the same n or lesser than early this year pricing.
Tropicana gardens latest phaae selling same psf as their precious launch with even fully furnishing.
Rainz selling unbelievably low psf 560-580psf after rebates.
even Sg Long upcoming new condo would be selling 500psf+
some projecrs are catching the price, but those prime location seems like slowing down in price.
Wonder when PJD gonna launch their You Place, they should priced their new launched properly otherwise would affect the sales badly. I believe would be similar or slightly increase only with more diacount and more furnishing given. Don't tell me apa mrt walking distance apa mall. The mall still have to depends the quality of tenants and management, otherwise wil be another ss2 mall.
