i think they got enough margin la hmm.gif but it certainly would be better if all housing can change to only disburse loans when handover keys sad.gif not to save interest, just to safeguard consumer against delay and abandoned. ah...ridiculous dreams.

think the fines are perfectly reasonable to maintain general cleanliness and facade. ever see a mid-high end condo with laundry hanging around the balcony like sailcloth making it look like low cost?

i live in a gng area where even though am the front house and basically know the guards by first name they still will ask my friends to register when they send me home or visit etc.

rules are there for good reason: probably to get the PH out which sounds like the valid concern here.
