these 2 months onwards banks are becoming more stringent in approving loan. Maybe due to budget or GE think. Just grabs what ever they can offers if you like the props.
The bank is not stupid for approving something not ordinary. They have all the resources required to access your port folio and eligibility.

QUOTE(darvic76 @ Oct 12 2012, 05:05 PM) I check the office today and only very few units available. All sapu except the 1400+ units. I would like to ask those lucky buyers - Developer is offering DIBS which is up to 4.75% or upfront cash of 3% to cover for the loan interest during contruction. Can I know which option have you choose ? Need to know the pros and cons before signing. rule of thumb, DIBS = minimum rebate 4%

QUOTE(DjS @ Oct 14 2012, 02:27 PM) i would go for DIBS at least at end i got rebate is higher than 3%... just the matter of need to prepare much more upfront $$ if upfront $$ no issue then go for DIBS lor... i heard Youcity DIBS is different, u serve the interest first then only claim back from developer after 6 months.

QUOTE(darvic76 @ Oct 16 2012, 11:08 AM) SA told me every 3 months can claim the interest back from the developer . Please confirm. 3 months or 6 months, the developer not suppose to request the purchaser to subsidies the interest first then claim later. They should rename the DIBS as "NOT SO DIBS" the SDB for WOTP offering DIBS where purchaser not need to scoop for interest even if the construction delay after 3 years. for security for buyer.

QUOTE(kentLKW @ Nov 9 2012, 03:04 PM) Around there got 1 more is Casa Green if not mistake... this weekend launching... price wise also quite high... but is a larger home compare to You... PJ to Cheras is fast... but if jam and daily commute will vomit blood... Married her and bring to your home lo!!! than no need spend time travel~~ price still reasonable, because its a big layout starting 1700ft2, thats why u think is high. If casa green got 1000ft2 layout, u will says dayum cheap, omg, so cheap!
