QUOTE(TheLaptopDudeGuy @ Sep 24 2011, 12:02 PM) After restore back litening rom, battery has been great! Last night only drain 3% with data off! Confirm not battery rosak but rom prob(thats wat i suspect). Gonna flash cognition or batista later, litening rom too much blue My best record is no battery % drop..8 hours with data/wifi off By the way, 0-5% drain is normal..I very lazy to keep track now..as long as 100% can last me more than 1 day is consider good for me And Juice Defender is good for me as it off data whenever my screen is off which I found its a must feature for me..or else the data keep running even my screen off

QUOTE(enriquelee @ Sep 25 2011, 07:47 PM) Galaxy S2 can not sms (Viber and whatsapp) in chinese? Use Google PinYin..remember to enable it in Setting.. QUOTE(benzourry @ Sep 25 2011, 08:56 PM) I've tried KI3 (2.3.5) firmware. Few changes I noticed: - Font is back to normal (normal and slim and clean compared to kh4-ki1,4) - when you overscroll the list, you get a nice bluish light effect at the end of the list. - more responsive than ki4(2.3.4), like it used to be. - seems like no wifi problem here. - Gmail 2.3.5 battery din check yet. but i believe should be better with 2.3.5. Using stock 2.3.5 KI3? I think I wilk wait for Batista to release it.. :-)

Anyone using Batista70 FOXHOUD EDITION 1.0? Just want to share with you guys about my experience..I flash this ROM Sunday, but end up reflash back to 3.7.7 as this ROM make my phone hang..I think it due to its kernel..Abyss Kernel 1.6.. At first I don't know the problem came from the Abyss Kernel 1.6..until I flash back 3.7.7, i try Abyss Kernel 1.6..my phone hang(freeze, need to remove battery to restart) 3 times in 1 day.. So now I try RAGEmod v1.1b - U1 for the FIRST time..hope it is good with Batista70 3.7.7.. Quite long time I didnt keep track the kernel..what you guys using now which is stable and battery saving?

Guys..
Suddenly this question come out from my mind..
Does kernel effect the screen quality? Like colour..brightness?
Just now I flash SiyahKernel v1.7.7, and after that I found out my screen brighter and it's more white..
Anyone notice this?

QUOTE(TheLaptopDudeGuy @ Oct 1 2011, 07:11 AM) First of all sorry if i bother u guys agn, but i wanna ask why do i have so many wakelocks? I know im sorta like a battery freak, but with so many wakelocks and bat drop 10%,i believe that i can get better standby times. I really need u guys help, thanks data, wifi and. gps was off last night. i dont enable any apps to sync in the backvround too. so why is activitymanager-launch and alarmmanager causing wakelocks? and facebook service too, i set notifications to inactive and refresh interval to never, why woud it still be running in the background? From what I see your app lock you less than 1 min..which is not an issue..if you dont use the stock facebook app..it can save more
