I don't think is rom issue. My camera performance is same in all the roms that I have tested
I keep my pics on the external micro Sd card ( a DNA class 10) .
If you are saving your pics on the external card, Maybe you can check whether is your external card write speed issue ?

mine, click, then it focus, snap, wait 1-2secs, then can snap next pic ad. I think the speed is based on the writing speed of your flash drive, see if it improves if you select internal memory

Have you tried tweaking your internal / external sd cache? There are programs to do it and some roms already got script to do it also.

Nice find. Note to self DO NOT use blink detection if not required. Maybe its not really lagging but waiting for you to blink 

Weird...Been downloading Asphalt for past 30 minutes.Almost 400MB downloaded but my phone yet to produce much heat like what it will during normal surfing...

Just call Celcom call centre. They confirm for prepaid it's just 512kbps for download. What a rubbish.!!
Although the signal is good and stable for calling, it damn slow for surfing and downloading. Just waste RM30 for nothing :-(

phone needs to render the web pages during surfing and make it capable of being zoomed easily blabla so it takes some toll on the processor while downloading dont actually need very high cpu speed

Bro., i got all four telco already. Just want to see which one suitable when using at my home and workplace. For prepaid., celcom is the slowest but most stable. Maxis is the fastest but also most unstable. One day good one day poor signal. Umobile cheap and good but only in certain area. DiGi also good. I'm using weekly unlimited but nowdays DiGi trottle down after using 100mb per day. :-(

I just discovered how to make Asphalt 6 run buttery smooth....use Tegrak or whatever program and lock the CPU speed to 1200MHz and above....locked at 1500MHz, it is unbelievably smooth...Locking the GPU at 267 MHz also helps

How you restored the efs? I have backup too, just don't know how to restore it.

Happen to me a few times already since using android from HD2 time till now. Its always google problem and it will resolve after a few days.

same problem here.. everytime have to restart wifi.... i guess it's due to poor/unstable signal.

This is not symbian. Even without sim card you can on and use the device and play games. Just no phone/sms/data etc. thats all.

Yeah the first time it happen to me, i also freak out, clearing market data, using titanium to reattached, etc. but all don't work. Then a few days later all come back.

i check betterbatterystats, top 2 wakelocks are *network-location* and alarm manager.

i uninstalled facebook that night to see if facebook was the culprit, but it wasnt. grrrr  

what could be causing all of these wakelocks?????? i seriously feel like switching to sensation rom, but dun feel like doing it only

edge was on that night, wifi was off, yes i did a battery calibration as the rom creator told us to do after flashing that rom.

aiyah... looks like i got another reason/ excuse to root...

must resist temptation... must try... heh heh...

got fix ehh ~ i'll think i just wait untill the update first ~ dont wanna download twice 

about titanium backup
what means a smiley face with a M on it ? i have backup all the apps some is just smiley face some with M on it.
and which on do i backup for sms ?

touchwiz 4.5 is version 2.3.3 the 4.5 is just a name only. you can know if its touchwiz 4.5 if u can put 5 icons into the dock and u have the 3D effects. you install one of the themes, then u go see the TWThemes folder, then you will know how to mod the icons, just replace the picture with the same name as the apps in android package name.

install 3g watchdog then u will know which app is eating

that one you go to app drawer, menu>edit then u can drag the icons from ur app drawer to the dock
