i'm was using the Cognition ROM with Kernel:Ninphetamine-2.1.3. i tried to load the zImage but nothing happen. so i load the stock kernel now..i'm not sure whether this is the correct zImage or not..

already done. re-download the file and flash it with CWM.

reflash with ninphetamine 2.1.3 kernel to enable CWM recovery mode.. Thanks!!

As to edit the undervolt stuff, we need to edit it through CWM recovery mode right? i don't think that we can check it through normal use. Sorry, a bit noob and still new on this part..

i tried to reload the stock firmware (I9100DXKH2_I9100DXKH1_I9100OLCKH1) from Samfirmware. i used the cognition rom before that. i reload the stock firmware through Odin.

after reload, some of the services such as messaging and call are not available and need to be close.

i just reload the Cognition ROM back again and every thing is ok.
hmmm..its seems weird. it should be ok to load the stock firmware via Odin right?

whoooo, that measn you have to use a different back cover to compensate the thick battery right? does it comes with he battery or you have to buy the new back cover separately?

i got some questions here:

1) after i reload the stock firmware for SGS2 (using Cognition ROM before), i cannot open my sms or call history. all of these options were forced to close by my phone.

i didn't want to waste time so i reload the Cognition ROM again. everything back to normal..is there any setting that we need to check after reload the stock firmware?


2) I'm trying to understand the term of 'full wipe'. to load ROM such as Touch X-treme, we need to perform the full wipe.

Do we need to perform this manually before we load the ROM or is it done automatically by CWM?

if we need to do it manually, which part we need to wipe? just delvick cache only or along with the phone data?

3) i'm using Titanium back up to back up all my apps. will this be wipe out too if i perform the full wipe?

as of now, i didn't perform any of those full wipe yet we reload the Cognition ROM. hmm, that's why all of my apps and wallpaper still there...

hi, do we need to wipe cache partition too for full wipe? only need to wipe data and dalvick cache right?

Have anyone tried the latest X-power +1.0 ROM yet? this one already have siyah kernel 1.6; no need to use SetCPU any more.hahahha!! hope this will be worth a wait..

already flashed X-power +1.0.. my phone battery just died last night without doing anything. when i woke up this morning, the phone was hot..may be need to flash SP1 now..but a bit confuse, do we need to edit the voltage value after flashed SP1?

but X-Power is compatible with Siyah 1.7 right? i mean with Siyah 1.7 we don't have to edit the voltage value. does it comes with the edited voltage script?

hi, just loaded the ori siyah 1.7 kernel. i set my SetCPU scaling as 'On demand' and tick the 'set on boot'option. that's the only thing i did using setCPU

my SGS2 hang once just now. so i untick the 'set on boot' option on setCPU. hope it will not hang anymore..
