I'm also having problems purchasing the GT5 complete pack DLC from the SG PSN Store.

I KEEP GETTING ERROR 80023102.

My PSN is SG (since MY PSN wasn't available back then)
My GT5 disc is R3.
My credit card tied to my SG PSN has a msian address.

Previously, I've had no problems at all buying stuff from SG PSN with mt msian credit card.

I've tried retyping my credit card details, address, etc.

Still no go.

Any ideas?

Could it be they've finally figured out my credit card has a msian address on a SG PSN account? But for the past 4 years, no problems wor....

another question about DLC. some games come with free DLC, such as skins,themes or avatars. most of them have Expiry Date. my question is, how does this expiry date work? is it like, if i didn't redeem the code by the expiry date, i won't be able to redeem it? so does it mean that, once i redeemed it, i can dl the DLC in the future, even after the expiry date?

I'm on the SG PSN store, using msian card.
I'm sure they'll tell me to do it the 'right' way and tie my card to a MY PSN account.
They won't layan non MY accounts or machines, even for warranty.

But my GT5 save is on my SG account, and the GT5 DLC isn't transferable across accounts on the same machine.

i just bought my ps3 last saturday.
anyway the person from sony style ask me to reg for online warranty.
found a piece of paper in the box asking me to reg at sony.com.my/warranty but the site said something about playstation is not supported and only to be registered at asia.playstation.com. when I go there clicking the reg would bring a server maintenance page. so how should i register? i'm using PC currently..is it can be done using ps3 only? the thing is i just moved to a new house so internet is not available, i can only use celcom broadband for now..

I had the same problem, seems like Sony has blocked registration from website. The only way to register warranty right now is to create an user account in PS3 and it will create a PSN ID in the process. Once you are signed into PSN, open PS3 Internet browser and asia.playstation.com to register your warranty. Select region based on your PS3 set (MY/SG).

Of course, this means you have to connect your PS3 to Internet. If you use wireless broadband, you will need a router with USB support.

oh I see. thanks for the answer. speaking about broadband i just remembered that my phone can act like a modem, and hopefully i can connect it thru wifi?

Should be possible but data charges will be high. I suggest you go to a friend's house and use their Internet to register.

There's no time limit for registering warranty. When you fill up the online form, you could select the option "received as a gift" so you don't have to put a real purchase date.

why must we update all of our game after we updated our firmware ?
after i update to firmware 3.73, i must update all of my game.
Why is that ?

and this happen to me last month :
i didn't updated my firmware to the latest update...
i play uncharted till finished and got trophies and stuff.
after a while, i updated my PS3 to the latest firmware and updated my games..
when i play uncharted all of my trophies gone back to 0%
but when i check my saved games, the uncharted saved game that i finish is still there...
Why is this ?

have you sync your trophies to server before updating or playing online?if not,then u need to get those trophies back.
as for game update,do u mean Killzone 3?new patch just released yesterday.
