A forum member from other thread (Shah Alam 2) mentioned MD Kuala Selangor has approved Tesco to be built Alam Jaya, and this will start this year...
If this information is indeed true, BSC residence can enjoy the convenience about 5 Km away only.. |

QUOTE(awiva @ Mar 11 2013, 12:53 PM) Old Subang Airport is 20 km away 'as the plane flies', that's where the Firefly is going. Seri Coalfields is within the flightpath of Firefly flights between SAAS airport to the east coast states.Just a small number of flights daily on propeller planes, not jets. You wouldn't hear the noise. Minimal impact. I have seen site from the air (elevation at about 1300m northbound, and 800m southbound). Will try to snap some photos on my next trip to the east coast, but this is subject to my seat position during the flight; because I don't pay extra for seat preference This site provides useful info on the flightpaths of airlines http://www.flightradar24.com This post has been edited by seneador: Mar 11 2013, 03:07 PM |

Bromelia park is now completed.
Duranta park comes with a basketball court! Basketball players would be happy with this.... BSC is generous with its streets lightings!! Bromelia and Duranta are lined with plenty of them too. I think this is in line with Jabatan Perancangan Bandar dan Desa,Kementerian Perumahan dan Kerajaan Tempatan's Safe City Guide 2010. Maybe this is the biggest mixed development within MDKS currently and its new chief Puan Hajjah Noraini Roslan, wants to take this opportunity to set the benchmark for future development projects within MDKS |

As per S&P agreement, Vacant Possession shall be delivered within 24 months from agreement's date, now VP dates already passed for many Bromelia and Duranta purchasers, so legally LD shall already started for those units; at 10% per annum, this works out to RM192/week for every RM100K.
Any idea whether the delayed VP is caused by TNB and/or SYABAS connections? |

Collected keys yesterday.
No major finishing complaint during the initial joint inspection with the contractor. Water available but meter not yet installed; contractor connected bypass pipe for testing and rid the air-lock in the piping lines. Water system ok. Electricity meter already installed, just plug in the main fuse to activate. Notice these questionable items: 1. Water heater power point provided without the water connection point. 2.Autogate wiring junction box provided only on one side of the gate; swings autogate requires power cables for both sides of the gate. The given electrical wiring diagrams show wiring across the entrance gate provided. Attached thumbnail(s) |

QUOTE(gargomon6 @ Jun 9 2013, 02:50 PM) btw, anyone know how to change the pwr meter from single phase to 3 phases...we need to have 3 phases power to support the house, if we plan to put all airconds in each room and living room.... This may give you some insights on your intention... http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/2187730 |

I wish to thank KLK for providing security personels starting this afternoon, this make me feel the RM450 that we paid somewhat worth it.
This temporary security arrangement will act as buffer before RA is formed. I also wish KLK to take the lead to help the owners in forming the RA for BSC as they are in the better position in terms of contacts and experience to do this. Every housing development nowadays emphasise security as a big part of its selling point; to boost its on-going development in BSC, KLK shall perhaps subsidise RA in the construction of the permanent guard houses for phases in accordance to the Guarded Community requirements. We all know how weak chain-link fencing is, here is the example. I believe KLK can do better than this ....come on KLK...just sacrifice very small percentage of your BSC profits to enhance your image and make hundreds of your current or thousands of your future customers happy and proud... QUOTE(BSCalex @ Sep 3 2013, 10:04 AM) Under the Master Plan yes is confirm will have a power station. but I think should be build by TNB not KLK. The vacant land is for future TNB's Main Intake Substation or Pencawang Masuk Utama (PMU).KLK is just locate this pieces land to TNB. So when TNB is going to start ???? maybe another +5 years There are many PMUs around populated areas, eg. opposite Kalana jaya LRT station, beside Opal Damansara (Prsrn Surian, Kota Damansara). ...see the list and locations of these existing PMUs here http://geodeg.com/search.php?q=pmu+selango...=24&country=128 |
